These knives are wonderful. Extremely sharp and able to make very fine cuts, like sliver thin tomato slices! I can't wait to try the peeler! Not only that, the folks at Cutlery and Beyond are incredibly professional and friendly, and their prices and service are excellent. My knife order was shipped very promptly and came with a discount for future purchases. When I had difficulty accessing the items I wanted on their web site, customer service followed up promptly and offered free shipping and a gift to make up for any inconvenience. You'll love the knives ... and Cutlery and Beyond. BTW, this is a completely unsolicited customer review.
